Samsung and Armani have launched the latest luxury mobile phone, the NIGHT LIFE. The two companies are working together as part of an alliance for creating designer portable and home consumer electronics. The goal: consumer devices with the aesthetic appeal of Giorgio Armani and the sophistication of Samsung technology.

The illuminating LED’s around the edge are inspired by Armani’s recently opened ten-story concept store, the Armani/Ginza tower in Tokyo, which is lit-up on the outside with decorative lights in the shape of bamboo leaves.

Why “NIGHT LIFE”, well Armani explains

“Those who love Emporio Armani also often love nightlife – they like going out in the city, after dark, when the bright lights of a modern metropolis illuminate the streets, after making the whole place look like a glamorous nightclub. For this young, cool, and social crowd, the “NIGHT EFFECT” mobile is the perfect accessory. It allows them to keep in touch with their friends; it looks modern and chic, and glows when active; and it has been created specifically for easy management and use of music files. It really is a mobile designed for colorful talk and music on the move.”
