VP Choice: McCain’s horrible joke on America

Our “Country First” candidate, John McCain, has announced as his running mate for the Vice President of the United States of America, Sarah Palin, Governor of Alaska. I can’t help but say that I am really hoping for a follow up “just kidding” statement but so far I have seen none.

It seems the republican campaign is so desperate for women votes that they have selected a fanatic conservative with laughable experience for the post. Contrast Sarah Palin with Hillary, whose voter base McCain is hoping to woo over with a gender card, we have a hardliner versus a pro-choice stance on pretty much all important issues. It is just a matter of time before true Hillary supporters realize that voting for Palin is voting against Hillary on key issues.

Let’s face it. Even the staunch supporters of John McCain can only conjure a grin when asked about his VP choice and the possibility that the VP is only one mishap away from Presidency of the world’s greatest democracy, god forbid, something happens to 72 year old McCain. So far McCain has refused to open his health records to the public for scrutiny.

In August of 2000, Senator McCain went through succesful surgery to remove two malignant melanomas, from his left temple and left upper arm along with lymph nodes from his neck and a portion of his salivary gland.

If McCain really believes that he stands for this country first, he owes it to his supporters and the citizens of this great nation, an honest disclosure on the state of his health. This is all the more important considering that the United States will have to fall back on Sarah Palin who has no credible experience to run a nation.
