RIM reports Q1 FY09 revenues, stock tanks after hours
Blackberry maker Research In Motion ( RIM ) reported earnings for first quarter of FY09. Revenue for the quarter was $2.24 billion, up 107% from $1.08 billion in the same quarter of last year.

Blackberry Partners Fund announced
It is rumored ( VentureBeat) that Research In Motion, the RBC and Thomson Reuters have invested in a $150 million venture investment fund, called the BlackBerry Partners Fund, to support developers of applications running primarily on RIM’s Blackberry phones.
